Join Our Group Challenge!
The 30 Day Challenge
The IFA 30 day challenge series is a complete workout package, designed to get you moving over the course of 30 days. The challenge is repeatable and scales from beginner through advanced plans, with a set agenda for each day of the month.
All the plans include access to private team Facebook groups, where participants can interact with our coaches and mentors. Participants are encourage to hold each other accountable and motivate each other in the group!
