This Virtual bootcamp program provides an Instructor led, interactive personal bootcamp that can be completed in the comfort of your own home. This is designed for anyone that is committed to taking part in a structured exercise routine and wants to make a real difference in a short space of time. All that is needed is an exercise Mat, and hand weights (or items that can be used as hand weights) that the participant is comfortable using during the workout.
Using Plyometrics (also known as jump training or plyos (which are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power ) to make you stronger and leaner. This Class is designed to allow for calorie burn long after the Class ends, this effect is known as EPOC (Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC, informally called afterburn) which is a measurably increased rate of oxygen intake following strenuous activity)
